About Us

We are the only official Superdry seller on eBay so you’ll have faith in each and every purchase from us. We strive to make sure your shopping experience with us is seamless from start to finish but if you have any issues or queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us via the eBay messaging service – we aim to answer all messages within 48 hours but please bear with us in the busier periods, your patience is greatly appreciated.

Delivery

From the time of your purchase, please allow 48 working hours for your order to be dispatched and then it should be delivered by the estimated date at checkout. Delivery will be made by a dedicated driver at Hermes and postage and packaging is completely free.

Returns

Once you receive your Superdry eBay parcel, if you’re satisfied with it (which we’re sure you will be), then great – be sure to leave us some feedback!

If in the event that you’re not 100% satisfied and it’s within 30 days of receiving your parcel, please open a return request via the eBay Resolution Centre and follow the instructions provided. We recommend returning the item(s) with a label provided by eBay but if you’d prefer not to, then please ensure the return is tracked for your protection. Please ensure that you identify yourself with your eBay order number and name in the parcel, failure to do this will result in a delayed refund.

Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped. We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return for a refund and place a new order. The item(s) will need to be returned in their original condition but please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund on underwear, swimwear and cosmetics, unless they are sealed in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we receive your parcel, please allow 7-10 working days for it to be checked and processed.
